I do not typically post bad reviews, but thought it was important to warn customers about this office. Darren Boone doesn’t (even) deserve 1 star, but a 0 rating was not an option. If you want a trustworthy agent with integrity, I highly recommend going somewhere else. I have been a State Farm customer for over 40 years, and during this time, have paid coverage for (4) homes and (15) cars with only (1) claim. Darren Boone’s office mistakenly canceled collision insurance on one of my vehicles a few months ago, and now that vehicle has been in an accident. Darren has refused to work with me on this, and his office cannot provide any written correspondence showing that I removed collision coverage. Instead of working with me on a solution, Darren provided an incorrect escalation phone number. This has been a tough one on the experience front, and unfortunate that a life-long customer would receive this type of treatment.

I was very unhappy with my current State Farm agent - I wanted to change but stay with State Farm so I called Mr. Boone. Very impressed that his staff immediately transferred me to him - usually they try to solve my issue and won't let me talk to the boss. He is a man of integrity! He said he does not like to take clients from other agents so he can sleep at night. But, I want this man to be my State Farm agent, so I'm going to pursue this. The current agent I have never returns my call, is always busy on the phone and his staff is not very knowledgeable - he has a high-rate turnover. Without knowing Mr. Boone, I really feel I'm making the right choice by choosing him!
